Katniss is currently in the capital preparing for what she thinks is her suicide but after Haymitch tells her to make allies she starts to believe a little. Peeta and Katniss are the only two tributes too ever receive prefect scores after their training. The impact of the setting is huge as in each district uprisings have been occurring and all of these uprising have scared President Snow and has found it's way into the capitol. When Katniss enters the stage to talk with the host before the games the crowd is going crazy and is violent. The capitol is a very rich and made up of proper people but now this is changing due to Katniss and Peeta's speeches.

ReplyDeleteSetting can impact not only the characters but what the reader pictures in their mind. a descriptive setting can really bring out the chunks that the reader needs to fill visually :)
